Film Showing! – SORRY POSTPONED UFN Stella Maris Turk MBE, a life in natural history

Join us for an evening’s film showing to celebrate the amazing work of Stella Turk.  Stella has devoted her life to the study of Cornwall’s natural history, and is one of the prime founders of the Helford Voluntary Marine Conservation Area.  Filmed in the summer of 2010, this film records Stella’s own thoughts about her life, her work as a natural historian and her views on the changes taking place in the county around her.
